We price houses according to the square footage of the house as well as the type of siding. Generally, two story houses 2500sqft and under with vinyl siding are $175 Concrete on the other hand is still priced according to square feet but we charge 12 cents per square foot and up depending on the amount of dirt, algae, and tannin accumulation. Decks are usually estimated on the time it takes. Most other prices are things we would have to estimate in person such as a playground, fence, or other miscellaneous items.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with the customer contacting us with some information on what they want to get cleaned and we reply back by the method of choice. If more details are needed, we will simply ask and may be able to get you a quote instantly on some services. If not, we will set up an appointment to come get a better look at project details, then provide a quote on service. If the customer would like to continue with service, we could potentially be ready the same day or within days of the exact quote most of the time but the service can be scheduled for any day available. We show up for service on the day scheduled and perform the service. We do a walk around with the customer to explain the details of the service, and answer any questions. The customer is expected to pay at the end of the service with cash, check or card.
Will the pressure damage my siding?
We use a technique called soft washing. This is the process of using a cleaner sprayed on the siding with low pressure, letting the cleaner have time to work most effectively, and then rinsing it off with a low pressure spray. This is the cleaning process known as soft washing. This is process for cleaning most siding types.
Are there any preparations I should make?
Yes, we recommend clearing anything off or away from the surfaces that you want cleaned. For example, if you have patio furniture on your patio it should be removed prior to cleaning the patio. Also, all the windows should be closed to prevent water from getting into the house. Screens may be taken out to get more dirt out in between.
What payment types are accepted?
Currently we accept cash and checks and credit card payments. Cash is in hand, Checks can be in hand or by mail, and credit cards can be used in person or over the phone. Credit or debit cards will incur a charge of 4% as a processing fee. We will have other payment options available in the future!
Are we insured?
The answer is yes! We are insured for liability for up to one million in damages.
