Our solution is standard in the pressure washing industry and will not damage your shingles or tile roof unlike using high pressure power washing techniques which can cause severe damage. Rest easy knowing that when you book a roof cleaning that it will be done using only soft washing techniques. We are able to clean most roofs of 1 story and 2 story homes. This service is not intended for homes bigger than 2 stories. This service may kill small flowers and shrubs if there is a lack of proper drainage. We ask that you take responsibility in making sure delicate plants are moved or covered. We do our best to wet plants before and after the service to prevent any damage, however small delicate plants require extra care. This service is priced for 1 story houses under 1300 square feet. This service is also priced for 2 Story houses under 2500 square feet. This service is only available to locations in the greater charlotte metro area. This includes all of charlotte and the following areas: Concord, Kannapolis, Mint Hill, Matthews, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Weddington, Pineville, Steele Creek, Belmont, Mount Holly, Denver, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Highland Creek.

Our Standard Driveway Cleaning starts with us clearing your driveway of any potential leaves and debris thats loose on the surface. Then we go over your concrete with a professional grade surface cleaner to give your driveway an even high pressure deep clean. We follow that with clean edges and corners and then treat your driveway with our commercial grade cleaner to kill algae, mold, and mildew deep within the pores. This ensures a sparkling shine and even finish for consistent results time and time again. This service typically applies to the driveway and the walkway leading to the house. Additional concrete surfaces can be added to this service to maximize pricing by the square foot. Price is set for up to 1300 square feet of concrete or less. (roughly the size of a driveway big enough to park 4 vehicles)

This service is intended to be used to categorize a custom power washing service. The price of this service will vary from property to property as well as the details of what is covered. Our standard house wash is a standard cleaning of the exterior of your house using our commercial grade house wash solution to ensure we kill algae, mold, mildew, loosen dirt and grime, and sanitize your exterior surfaces. The House wash includes washing the gutters' exterior, windows, shutters, soffits, eaves, gables, trim, garage door, siding, columns, and walk in doors. This service is intended for washing houses with vinyl, masonite, and hardiplank sidings. This service doesn't apply to houses with stucco siding. In the event that your home is brick or has a brick front, the standard house wash will not cover cleaning the brick but will cover all other aspects of a house wash. This service does not include cleaning decks, concrete, steps, foundation, patio, or porch. . This service is not intended for cleaning red clay stains, rust, or grafiti. These would be considered add-ons.

Our standard fence cleaning is a thorough cleaning of your fence. The type of fence needing to be cleaned and the size of the fence will determine price. If the fence is painted, stained, or vinyl we will wash your fence using a soft wash process. This is the best way to clean a fence and not incur any damage to the surface of the fence. If the fence is treated lumber, we will pressure wash the fence removing the top layer of dirt, making your fence look new again. The pricing for fences do vary by size, height, and material. For fences cleaned using a soft wash process, the price of this service is limited to 200 linear feet. if you want both sides of a fence washed, it would be priced at 100 linear feet on each side. For fences longer than 200 linear feet, the price will be an additional dollar per foot. This service is not priced for treated lumber fences. For all lumber treated fences, please reach out to us for an estimate. Booking this service will get you on our calendar for our minimum service requirements for fence cleaning.

Our gutter cleaning service will have your gutters free and clear of debris. We use leaf blowers and pressure washing equipment to ensure your gutters are flowing properly and draining though your downspouts. Occasionally we do get our hands dirty to get stubborn twigs and debris from time to time. gutter debris that has fallen on outdoor surfaces such as decks or patios will be blown into beds and natural areas leaving your property beautiful and functional. This service is intended for 1 story and 2 story houses with less than 200 linear feet of gutters needed to be cleaned. For houses with gutters over 200 linear feet you will be charged an additional $1 per foot. Houses with gutters over 24 feet tall may not be cleaned due to safety. For houses with gutters over 24 feet from the ground, please contact us before booking. This service is not priced for cleaning under gutter guards that may not be working properly. In the event that you do have gutter guards, we can charge extra for the necessary labor. This service is only available to locations in the greater Charlotte metro area.
