Service Description

Our standard house wash is a standard cleaning of the exterior of your house using our commercial grade house wash solution to ensure we kill algae, mold, mildew, loosen dirt and grime, and sanitize your exterior surfaces. The House wash includes washing the gutters' exterior, windows, shutters, soffits, eaves, gables, trim, garage door, siding, columns, and walk in doors. This service is intended for washing houses with vinyl, masonite, and hardiplank sidings. This service doesn't apply to houses with stucco siding. In the event that your home is brick or has a brick front, the standard house wash will not cover cleaning the brick but will cover all other aspects of a house wash. This service does not include cleaning decks, concrete, steps, foundation, patio, or porch. . This service is not intended for cleaning red clay stains, rust, or grafiti. These would be considered add-ons. This service is priced for houses 2500 sq ft or less. If your house is larger than 2500 sq ft then you will be charged at a rate of 8 cents per sqft.
